How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is only confirmed when we receive your down payment (30% of the total amount). Payments can be made via bank transfer or using online payment options.

What payment methods do you accept on site?
We accept cash (up to the legal limit), debit cards, credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also choose to pay the remainder of your booking on the evening before your check-out. Reception is open until 8:30 PM.

Payment by bank transfer:
Please note that final invoices to be settled via bank transfer must be received in our account before departure. For standard transfers, we recommend a transfer period of three days, and for instant transfers, one day before the scheduled departure. Please also take into account any public holidays.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3 PM, however, you can always enquire about the possibility of checking in early – this option is subject to availability. You can also request breakfast on the day of your arrival (€25 surcharge per person) provided you give us sufficient advance notice. If you arrive after 8 PM, do let us know. Thank you!

On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your rooms by 11 AM at the very latest. Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur a €50 surcharge per person. The late check-out fee includes the use of your room, lunch, and use of the hotel facilities, including the SPA. If you simply want to check-out later without having access to your room, the surcharge drops to €25 per person.
Can my dog come on holiday with me?
Provided you include this information in your booking, dogs are always welcome at the hotel. We’ll provide you with a blanket and feeding bowl to ensure your four-legged best friend feels as comfortable as possible. Small dogs incur a €25 surcharge per day (food not included). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and other public areas. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their dog.
What surcharges are there for double occupancy?
  • For double occupancy 15% discount will be applied.
I need to cancel my booking: what next?
Unexpected events which are out of our control can occur, we all know that. We’ve taken that in consideration in our cancellation policy below:
  • Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival – free of charge
  • Cancellation between 20 and 10 days before arrival – the down payment is not returned (30% total booking value)
  • Cancellation between 9 and 3 days before arrival – 60% of the total booking value, minus the down payment
  • Cancellation 2 days before arrival, no shows, late arrival, early departure – 80% of the total booking value, minus the down payment.

For peace of mind, we recommend you always take out a travel insurance policy.

Guests travelling by train, bus or plane, can make use of our hotel transfer. The transfer prices are listed below:

When do the SPA, restaurant, and cafe/bar open?
We want our guests to have as comfortable a stay as possible while with us. Which is why we’ve decided to open our services as much as possible.
  • SPA and saunas, every day between 10 AM and 7 PM
  • Treatment area, every day between 8:30 AM and 7 PM
  • Breakfast: 7:30 – 10 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2 PM
  • Dinner: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Where can I park?
The Engel Ayurpura boasts an underground garage. Each room has its dedicated parking space.
I drive an e-vehicle. What now?
You care about the environment: that’s amazing! The ENGEL AYURPURA has four charging stations for e-cars, each boasting an 11-KW capacity. Costs are €0.60 per KW.
