How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is only confirmed when we receive your down payment (30% of the total amount). Payments can be made via bank transfer or using online payment options.

What payment methods do you accept on site?
We accept cash (up to the legal limit), debit cards, credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also choose to pay the remainder of your booking on the evening before your check-out. Reception is open until 8:30 PM.

Payment by bank transfer:
Please note that final invoices to be settled via bank transfer must be received in our account before departure. For standard transfers, we recommend a transfer period of three days, and for instant transfers, one day before the scheduled departure. Please also take into account any public holidays.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 PM.
You can also arrive earlier. For the early check-in, we charge €35.00 per person, with breakfast and access to the spa area included in this price.

The room is possibile to have always under availability of the hotel in the moment you will arrive.

Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving after 8:00 PM.

For Late Check in we charge 50 euro unatantum more.

On the day of departure, the rooms are available until 11:00 AM.

If possible, you can also postpone your departure to 6:00 PM.

We charge €35.00 per person for the late check-out.
The price includes: lunch and use of the entire hotel facility.

Can my dog come on holiday with me?
Dogs are always welcome at the hotel. We’ll provide you with a blanket and feeding bowl to ensure your four-legged best friend feels as comfortable as possible. Small dogs incur a €25 surcharge per day (food not included). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and other public areas. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their dog.
What surcharges are there for double occupancy?
  • For double occupancy 15% discount will be applied.
I need to cancel my booking: what next?
The reservation is valid only after receiving written confirmation from the hotel and payment of the required deposit. However, if the reservation is made within less than three days prior to the arrival date, the booking is valid regardless of the deposit payment. In this case, the written booking confirmation from the hotel is sufficient.

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant you the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge;
  • Cancellation from 20 to 10 days before arrival: the deposit (30% of the total stay) will be retained;
  • Cancellation from 9 to 3 days before arrival: 60% of the booked amount will be charged;
  • Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, no-show or late arrival: 80% of the booked amount will be charged;
  • Early departure: 80% of the cost of unused nights will be charged;
  • Rebooking: reservations can be rebooked free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005)

Rebookings:

A reservation can be rebooked once, free of charge, up to 14 days prior to the originally booked arrival date, provided that the length of stay remains unchanged. The new arrival date must fall within 60 days of the originally booked arrival date. The stay price will be adjusted according to the applicable seasonal rates for the new period.
Rebookings made less than 14 days before the originally booked arrival date, or rebookings involving a reduction in the length of stay, are subject to the standard cancellation conditions.
A second rebooking is not possible. In this case, the standard cancellation conditions apply; at least 30% of the total booking amount will be charged, even if the cancellation occurs more than 20 days before the originally booked arrival date.

When do the SPA, restaurant, and cafe/bar open?
We want our guests to have as comfortable a stay as possible while with us. Which is why we’ve decided to open our services as much as possible.
  • SPA and saunas, every day between 10 AM and 7 PM
  • Treatment area, every day between 8:30 AM and 7 PM
  • Breakfast: 7:30 – 10 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2 PM
  • Dinner: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Where can I park?
The Engel Ayurpura boasts an underground garage. Each room has its dedicated parking space.
I drive an e-vehicle. What now?
You care about the environment: that’s amazing! The ENGEL AYURPURA has four charging stations for e-cars, each boasting an 11-KW capacity. Costs are €0.60 per KW.
